These meditations are for your healing journey, but please be aware that they are powerful. They can stir things; emotions, memories, energy. This is a beautiful part of the journey, but it asks for spaciousness. Therefore, it is essential to create a recovery rhythm that gives time and space for this work. Start by allowing time before and after each meditation to restore, reflect, and notice your inner world. Start with one per week.
