1:1 Mind-Body Work

This is focused, personalised work to change how your system functions, so symptoms, patterns, and limitations no longer need to exist. We work at the level of the nervous system, the brain, and deep guided emotional processing. This approach is informed by mind-body frameworks such as TMS and PRT, alongside somatic and emotional healing practices. This is no longer about managing symptoms. Instead it’s about resolving what’s driving them. As your system stabilises and rewires, symptoms reduce, capacity expands, and you begin to feel clear, steady, and in control again.

The Process

This work follows a clear progression, providing practical tools and real lasting change. There are three clear phases: resetting the system, rewiring for resilience, and rebuilding strength and joy. Each phase builds on the last and as you move through the process, you develop confidence and capacity, learning new patterns of resilience so life can grow larger without fear of setbacks. You interrupt past survival patterns, as you are guided forward with clarity, so you always know what matters most. The result is recovery, and with it a real return to strength, direction, and a life that feels open again.

I’m Amari Love, a transformational coach, writer, and mind-body practitioner with many years experience working in healing, neuroplasticity, somatic practices, and emotional integration. As a registered health coach with the UKI Health Coaching Association, I bring both professional standards and lived experience to this work.

Having fully recovered after three decades of chronic illness, including years bedbound with Long Covid and M.E./CFS, I now dedicate my time to guiding others, and continuing deep research and writing on the latest advances in the field.
