1:1 Mind-Body Work
This is focused, personalised work to change how your system functions, so symptoms, patterns, and limitations no longer need to exist. We work at the level of the nervous system, the brain, and deep guided emotional processing. This approach is informed by mind-body frameworks such as TMS and PRT, alongside somatic and emotional healing practices. This is no longer about managing symptoms or staying stuck in where you are in your life, health, or work. Instead it’s about resolving the root cause. This work supports people navigating chronic symptoms, as well as those looking to deepen emotional connection, presence, and expression in their lives or creative work. As your system stabilises and rewires, symptoms reduce, capacity expands, and you begin to feel clear, steady, and in control again.
The Approach
This work follows a clear, responsive pathway, providing practical tools and guidance for your real lasting change. Change typically unfolds in three phases: restoring safety in the nervous system, increasing awareness and emotional capacity, and rebuilding strength, clarity, and joy into your life. Each phase builds on the last and as you move through the journey in your own unique way, you develop confidence and capacity, learning new patterns of behaviour so life can grow larger without fear of setbacks. You interrupt past survival patterns, releasing buried emotions and hidden stressors as you deepen into emotional connection, uncovering what matters most. The result is transformation, and with it a real return to strength, direction, and a life that feels open and expansive once again.
Coming Back to Ourselves
Many people today are surviving but not fully living; functioning on the outside, while feeling disconnected on the inside. It can feel like being broken, not because that’s true, but because the system has learned to adapt through survival.
Over time, emotion gets held back, the mind and body stay in protection, and life begins to feel smaller than it should. The joy and vitality they long for feel just out of reach. Traditional treatments often miss the full picture.
This work exists to change that pattern. I guide people to restore connection to emotion, the nervous system, and the deeper intelligence of the mind and body. From there, clarity returns, capacity expands, and life begins to feel more fully lived again. This pathway isn’t about fixing; it’s about returning to wholeness, with clear guidance, and heart.
About Amari
I’m Amari Love, a transformational coach, filmmaker and mind-body practitioner with many years experience working in healing, neuroplasticity, somatic practices, and emotional integration.
Having fully recovered after cancer and decades of chronic illness, including years bedbound with Long Covid and M.E./CFS, I now dedicate my time to guiding others, and continuing deep research and writing on the latest advances in the field.
As a registered practitioner in mind-body, emotional and somatic healing approaches in both the UK and USA, I bring both professional standards and lived experience to this work.
