Before moving into your Integration and Next Steps page, take a few moments to reflect on what you have learned and how this experience has been for you. This is not a test. It is a space to acknowledge yourself, notice any changes, and recognise the steps you have taken.

Every time you have showed up, you have been making meaningful progress. Every time you paused, listened, or tried a Structured Rest, you were building new pathways in your brain and nervous system. These reflections will help consolidate that learning, and they give me a sense of what is supporting you most.
