This work is grounded in three core pillars of recovery work:
- Cognitive change: changing beliefs, shifting patterns, brain rewiring
- Somatic healing: nervous system regulation, tools that reconnect mind and body
- Emotional integration: processing and releasing stored stressors and outdated responses
Many people begin with a single session to explore the process and receive practical tools they can use right away. From there, some continue with occasional sessions, while others build toward a weekly rhythm.
This is structured, results-oriented work. You won’t be asked to commit to more than you’re ready for, but steady engagement is what allows real progress. We’ll always discuss what feels aligned; and if you’re ready, I’ll guide you into a structure designed to support it.
What to Expect in a Session
Each session is a live, one-to-one zoom meeting. Together, we’ll:
- Explore the hidden patterns affecting your symptoms
- Learn tools that shift the nervous system out of survival mode
- Work with practical strategies to reduce fear, rewire beliefs, and build capacity
- Clarify your next steps, so you leave with direction, confidence, and momentum
After the session, I’ll send you a personalised follow-up email with tools to keep the momentum going between sessions. These may include:
– Somatic tools to regulate your nervous system
– Journaling prompts to reveal hidden patterns
– Guided meditations for brain rewiring and restorative rest
– Targeted exercises to give relief, stabilise symptoms, and build capacity
