Welcome to your Nervous System Meditation Library

These guided practices are designed to support your nervous system in settling, regulating, and integrating at your own pace.

Choose the meditation that matches your current state, or return to them at different times depending on what your system needs.
Find a comfortable position.
Let the sound and guidance hold your attention lightly.
There is nothing to do here and nothing to achieve; just listen and allow.

A short message from me before you begin

As you go forward along this recovery journey, one of the most effective tools for rewiring your brain and regulating your nervous system is structured, restorative meditation. Consistent listening helps retrain the brain to recognise safety and release survival-based patterns.

There are many different types of meditations in the world, but the ones on this page are specifically designed to help you begin to regulate your autonomic nervous system and rewire.

Each meditation has been developed and tested within real recovery journeys; my own and those of people I have supported. Many begin to notice benefits within a short time of regular use as their mind-body system learns to settle and rebuild capacity.

🎧 20 Mins Full Length Restorative Meditation

A mid-length practice for real restorative rest to help you return to baseline.

Use this when your system feels scattered, overstimulated, or mentally overloaded. It’s designed to help you come back into a clearer internal rhythm without force.

🎧 10 Minute Reset Meditation

A 10 minute focus meditation for safety, settling and integration. This session supports your nervous system in moving out of activation and into a more regulated state.

🎧 1 Hour Guided Somatic Sleep Meditation

Relax and fall asleep with this 1 hour somatic sleep meditation. Softly spoken guidance and background sound healing music support your body and mind in settling naturally into rest. You may notice your thoughts quieten, your body unwind, and a natural sense of calm take over.

The music is 432Hz with subtle binaural elements. You can optionally use sleep headphones for a more immersive experience.
In this 1 hour meditation the first 35 minutes is guided by my voice, then followed by 25 minutes of music to support you as you drift into deeper sleep. The screen fades to black after the opening introduction to reduce stimulation and help you rest more easily.

Next Steps After Your Practice

After each practice take a moment to notice how your system feels. There’s no need to “do” anything or reach a goal; simply allow yourself to settle into the sense of safety you’re creating.

You can return to these meditations whenever you like. Repeated practice helps your nervous system integrate, and strengthens new neural pathways.
Tip: You can bookmark this page so you have easy access

If you’d like, you can return tomorrow, or whenever it feels right, to continue building these pathways.
