Note: These longer research articles are not a requirement. Please don’t push yourself to read them if you’re not ready. They are best explored when you’re already at 70–80% capacity (very nearly recovered) and reading is well within your window of tolerance. Until then, focus on shorter tools and practices that directly support your recovery rhythm.
