How This Healing Process Works
Grounded in neuroscience and mind-body connection, this is a clear, personalised path back to yourself
A Guided Process
This work follows a clear process, guiding you into how to work with your nervous system and brain. You learn how to process emotions and rebuild capacity, so your system can release whatever has been holding you back, and life can open up again.
There are three phases, each building on the last. Wherever you’re starting from.
The Three Phases
Phase One: Reset the System | Foundations, Brain Rewiring and Daily Life
This phase lays the foundation for recovery by helping your system shift out of survival mode and begin building new, steadier patterns. Chronic illnesses keep people stuck in survival mode; locked in hypervigilance, fight-flight-freeze, and the relentless push-crash cycle. From the start, you’ll learn how to interrupt that cycle and begin stabilising your day-to-day experience. You are guided in how to adapt your activities, and your internal responses so symptoms can reduce quickly. The focus is on brain retraining, practical behavioural shifts, and identifying the beliefs and patterns that keep your system stuck.
In this phase, you learn how to use neuroplasticity to begin building stability, lowering symptoms, and giving your system room to breathe. As steadiness returns, you gain the clarity and confidence needed for the deeper somatic and emotional layers of the work ahead.
Note: This phase is always adapted to where you are. If brain fog or fatigue are high, we begin more somatically and build from there.
Phase Two: Rewire for Resilience | Somatic work & deeper nervous system healing
With stability returning, Phase Two brings together advanced brain retraining and nervous-system-centred somatic work. This is where the cognitive and the embodied systems meet: You learn to track internal signals and sensations, release incomplete survival responses, and shift the patterns your system has held for years. This process draws on leading neuroscience, mind-body research, and somatic healing – designed to restore flexibility, safety, and capacity.
As your nervous system becomes more flexible and responsive, you are able to return to many activities you once avoided; not through pushing, but because your system now has more capacity and less fear. You rewire both cognitively and somatically, and are able to begin living from a place of ease, responsiveness, and strength, opening the door to the deeper emotional work of Phase Three.
Phase Three: Rebuild and Integrate | Advanced emotional healing & full integration
In Phase Three your system has the stability and capacity for deeper emotional and somatic healing. You’re no longer operating from protection mode, which allows suppressed stressors, emotions, and past experiences to surface and resolve.
You are guided to release longstanding responses at the root, completing stress patterns your system once held in place. Fear-based beliefs lose their charge, emotional material is processed safely, and your system shifts into grounded trust and clarity. This phase rebuilds your relationship with yourself, aligned, capable, and ready to move through life with strength and authenticity.
As this deep emotional work integrates, people often describe it as a return to themselves. More clarity. More presence. More strength. Symptoms fade because the stressors and emotional patterns that once maintained them are no longer active. This phase completes the journey, rebuilding your inner architecture so you can move through the world with confidence, connection, and a future you can trust.

Frequently Asked Questions
Do I need to prepare before the first session?
No preparation is needed. You can come exactly as you are, even if symptoms are high or you’re in bed. The first session helps you understand where your system is and begin the right steps for your recovery.
How long does it take to see improvement?
Everyone’s journey is unique, but many notice early shifts within the first few sessions as their system begins to regulate and rewire. The goal is steady progress, not perfection… and to help you build the skills for lasting recovery.
Is this suitable if I’m new to mind-body work?
Yes. Many people begin with no previous experience. You’ll be guided step by step, learning how to apply the tools safely and effectively.
How often should I book sessions?
Session frequency is unique to each person. Most people begin with one session to assess their current stage and create a plan. From there, I help you decide what rhythm will support your progress best.
What happens after a session?
You’ll receive a personalised follow-up email with clear steps, tools, and reflections tailored to your current stage. These help you integrate, so that your progress continues between sessions.
